How to Save Yourself

Have you ever felt so depressed and you can't do anything because you can't think clearly?; or when your thoughts are nowhere to be found? 

In the end, you just stay effin' quiet in the corner; or you lock yourself in your room while crying and pouring your heart out. 💔
And that's when you'll realize that no one will ever ask you if you're okay or not? 

Oh well. It kinda sucks, to be very honest. 

Nevertheless, you'll learn how to be alone; which is kinda good. Why??? It's because you'll never be dependent to anyone. 

By the time that someone leaves your life again, you'll be fine.
You won't dwell on it anymore.
You won't cry.
You won't get hurt. 

But hey, it's okay not to be fine.
It's okay to dwell on it.
It's okay to cry.
It's okay to get hurt.

But you shouldn't; and
Because... you can't.

And yes, that's the best thing that you'll ever get in life -- learning how to be numb from all the hurt. 

No matter how hard and how painful it is, you have to be firm.
Never look back.
Never ask them to come back.
You don't deserve someone who doesn't even try to care about you.
Never ask people to love you.
Never ever ask yourself why people leave.
Just let them go.

Because someday, you will just wake up and you'll realize that you have no one besides yourself. 

On your own, you'll learn how to smile.
On your own, you'll learn how to be happy.
On your own, you'll learn how to love yourself.
On your own, you'll be fine.
And dear, that is the best.
